Healthy and Vegan
It is such a lovely and tasty sauce, you can drizzle it on any roasted vegetable,it is very good as a dressing to a green fresh salad, steam spinach and cooked rice
WHAT DO WE NEED?3 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon white miso
½ shallot chopped
1 garlic clove crushed
1 finger ginger crushed(around 1 teaspoon)
3 tablespoon tamari
1 tablespoon water
½ lime or lemon for juice
½ clementine for juice (optional)
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
2 tablespoon chopped chives
1 teaspoon chopped mint (optional)
In a mixing bowl put all the ingredient together and stir until combineLeave it aside for 20 min, stir again and serve.
