WHAT YOU NEED?

Dry:
4 cups old fashioned rolled oat
2 ½  cups in total of any nut and seeds:
My choice:
½ raw pecans
½ cup raw walnuts
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ raw cashew
½ teaspoon salt

in a small pan on low heat melt together:
125 gram butter or/ vegan version - ½ cup coconut oil or olive oil
2 tablsppon peanut butter
¾  cup of honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract or vanilla powder

After baking add:
¾ cup dried cranberries 

HOW TO MAKE?

Preheat oven 340F 170C

  • in a large mixing bowl mix the oat with the nuts and seeds your choice 
  • In a small pan on low heat put the butter or coconut oil with the honey or maple, peanut butter and vanilla extract until melted. Stir frequently. dont bring it to a boil
  • Pour it over the dry ingredient and mix it well 
  • On a large baking pan with parchment paper spread the granola all over the pan
  • Place in the oven between 20-24 minutes 
  • Take it out and mix it with the cranberries
  • Let it cool for at least 40 minutes
  • Store it in your favorite jar.

Enjoy healthy breakfast granola yogurt and chopped fruits, strawberries, banana, apple and whatever you love.
