WHAT YOU NEED?

2 ¼ cups almond flour
¾ cup raw tahini
¼ cup raw honey or maple syrup
⅓ cup pecans
⅓ cup walnuts
⅓ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

HOW TO MAKE?

Preheat oven 330F
In a bowl put all the ingredients together
Mix them with your hand 2,3 minutes until the pulp is solidified
Wash your hands and start making small balls and then flatten them a bit
Place the cookies on an oven tray on parchment paper
Put in the oven for 10-11 min
Let it cool outside the oven completely
Put in a jar, it can stay fresh for 2,3 weeks.
