Delicious Miso veggie dish

I've been home alone already for 15 days, I don't think I was ever alone at home all by myself .
I allow myself to accept me with love and care. This is my only choice. I have no one around me for any  excuse or  destruction, just me myself and I
Today I cooked lunch. I took the veggies that felt good together in my mind , after eating it I couldn't think about not sharing it with you! It is so fucking good! 


WHAT DO WE NEED?


¼ cup olive oil
1 big red onion 
1 big white Yam
½ green cabbage 
1 head Broccoli (4,5 flowers)

Sauce:
Mix all in a working bowl. Use the Bilia spices. They are the best.

½ can coconut milk\
¾ cup water
2 tablespoon white miso (i use chickpea miso) 
1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger 
2 tablespoon Tamari or soy sauce 
1 teaspoon Aleppo pepper
½ teaspoon black pepper 
¾ teaspoon sweet paprika
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground  turmeric 
½ teaspoon salt

How to make it?

  • In a stainless steel essential -  Deep skillet, pour the olive oil, add the fine chopped red onion, and stir it for a couple of minutes.
  • Break the broccoli big flowers to smaller ones,  Add it with the sliced cabbage to the onion ,  stir all together on a medium heat.
  • In the meanwhile make the sauce 
  • Pour the coconut milk with tamari sauce, white miso, water, crushed ginger and all the spices 
  • Mix well and pour it to the pot and mix with all vegetable
  • Lower to  low medium heat, cover with lid 
  • Let it cook for 20 min, mix and tastey
