By all means this crackers are one of the best Gluten Free recipes i came out with. with dips, as a snack, for your Keto diet
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups + 2 tablespoons of water
3 tablespoons Psyllium Husk
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/3 flax seeds
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 cup gluten free rolled oats
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
3 tablespoons chia seeds
3/4-1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon ghee
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 stick of rosemary
How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F/185°C
- In a large bowl pour the water with the 3 tablespoon of Psyllium Husk mix together until the texture becomes like jelly
- Add all the dry ingredients to the mixture with the ghee, maple and salt
- Stir it well for couple of minutes (you can add the chopped garlic and rosemary for flavor)
- Place Parchment paper on a baking tray
- Spread some ghee on the parchment paper with your hands, start to flatten the seeds mixture and spread the mixture all over the tray
- put in the oven for 35 minutes or until the color is right
- Let it cool
- Break it into smaller pieces and put it in a nice jar
