I really think that what make the food tastier is the dips that comes a side, what makes the dining table colorful and beautiful are the dips and salads, This chive dip is so delicious and can bring any dish to a another level,
You can add it to roasted vegetables,dip it with a piece of bread or focaccia, dip your patties with, or just as a side in your plate, make it especially when you have guests.
WHAT YOU NEED?
¾ cup chopped chives
1 ¼ cup sour cream
⅓ cup mayonnaise
½ shallot finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Optional - blue cheese grated
Olive oil and aleppo pepper to drizzle on top
- In a working bowl, Mix all ingredients together and add salt and pepper to your taste, the mayonnaise is already lightly salted, be aware of the amount of salt you add.
- Remove the dip to a beautiful plate and drizzle some olive oil and aleppo pepper the chopped shallot and serve.
