This Beautiful breakfast is full of antioxidants, vitamin C, protein and support our immune system!!


WHAT DO YOU NEED?

1 cup of almond milk made at home, see recipe 
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of maple syrup (optional)
You can add lemon zest

To serve: any berries you like, blackberry, strawberry, blueberries, Kiwi 
½ teaspoon black currants
1 tablespoon crushed walnut
¼ banana cut to small cubes
some chopped fresh mint

HOW TO MAKE?

This is the most basic recipe for chia pudding, take the milk and soak the chia seeds inside, wait a few minutes, so that the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid, and  stir, continue to let it sit in the almond milk, repeat the operation several times, Put in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

You can add any fresh organic berries you like, crushed  walnuts, coconut flakes, black raisins or currents.
