Exactly a minute and a half preparation
Put cherry tomatoes in a pot with garlic, sage, olive oil and spices, bring to a boil, cover and cook on low heat for an hour
Can be as a sauce for pasta, a dip for challah on Shabbat
A spread for a sandwich, just like that in the middle of the table

WHAT YOU NEED?
1 pound of cherry tomatoes
8 cloves of garlic
¾ tablespoon of salt
¾ cup olive oil
3 chopped sage leaves or thyme leaves
1 tablespoon of paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar or coconut sugar
For a spicy dip, add ¾ teaspoon of cayenne or chili flakes
½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
HOW TO MAKE?
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half
- Chop the garlic cloves
- Put the halved tomatoes in a pot with garlic, salt, olive oil, sugar, chopped sage leaves and spices.
- Bring the stew to a boil,
- cover the pot, lower the heat and cook for 55 minutes.
