Buckwheat bread. Best one!


Vegan, healthy, gluten-free and most importantly egg-free delicious bread!

Buckwheat warms our body, it's for a reason that the Russians are its biggest clients, this means that it helps ward off cold diseases,There are those who love and there are those who hate the taste. I say if you know how to make it tasty then everyone loves it.For years I've been making gluten-free bread in all kinds of ways, lately I don't like all the seeds and kernels and the load inside the bread, if it's heavy on the outside it's also heavy on the inside.Today all I want is light, including pots, mood, weight, and of course bread!

There are several essential things that need to be done here, patience and gentleness especially when putting the dough in the mold. This is the best Gluten free bread, without the wierd taste of the buckwheat.

 

WHAT WE NEED?


1 package of green buckwheat, 400 grams
Soaked in 4 and 1/2  cups of water 

½ cup of water
2 tablespoons of psyllium
¾ tablespoon of dry yeast
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

¾-1 cup quinoa  or Teff flour
¾ tablespoon of salt
3 tablespoons of olive oil
¼ cup of sesame or pumpkin seeds to sprinkle over the bread

 

HOW TO MAKE?

The buckwheat
Soak the buckwheat overnight (6h-12h) with 4 and  1/2 cups of water.
it will be goowie, dont panic:)

In a blender or food processor, grind the buckwheat with the soaked water and the salt, untill its smooth.
Transfer the batter to a work bowl.

Add to the batter  bowl,  the psyllium husk, quinoa flour, honey, olive oil, vinegar and dry yeast until it mixed completly.


Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel, and set aside for 4-6 hours. This waiting time is important!

  • Preheat oven to 190 C, 385 F
  • In English pan place parchment paper.
  • Spread olive oil on the bottom of the pachment paper
    At this point, listen carefully!
  • Remove the kitchen towel from the mixing bowl
  • Transfer to the baking pan with a spoon, gently take from the mixture and place on the parchment paper,
  • spoon after spoon do not tighten! Not straight! Let the air and spaces between the spoons to be.
  • Spred some olive oil on top then Sprinkle lots of seasme  or sesame seeds on top
  • put it in the oven for 1:10min, and here you have it! best Gluten free bread, without the taste of a buckwheat.
