I invite you to join me for a unique 3-hour workshop at my home, where we will learn together the entire process of baking sourdough bread that tastes as amazing as it can be.

What will we learn in the workshop?

• Sourdough bread-making in 10 steps: We will go through all the stages of making the perfect sourdough bread.
• Step-by-step guidance: I will explain exactly what to do at each stage so you’ll leave with the knowledge and confidence to bake perfect sourdough bread at home.
• The story of sourdough: We will also dive into the history of sourdough and learn why this bread has stood the test of time.
