Once in a while I crave something super healthy and sweet, right here, right now.
I immediately open the fridge, take out all the good fats and make myself a healthy treat.
These Super-Balls can give us a boost of energy to organize all the closets at home. 

WHAT YOU NEED

- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¾ cup pumpkin seeds
- 4-5 Medjool dates
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract


HOW TO MAKE

  • In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and mix for a couple of minutes. 
  • Roll 1.5 inch balls in the palm of your hands, dip them in shredded coconut.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours minimum.
