Organic Turkey Meat Balls

 I Hardley cook meat, Im tall all of my children are shorter then me,one day i saw a tv documentary on the history channel that taller generation is when you feed them with meat, so i run to make some meatballs, but it was to late 

First make the meat balls the time its in the oven prepare the sauce.

For The Meatballs:
30-35 balls

500gr Organic Ground Turkey or ground meet
1 Medium onion
1 Carrot
1 Zucchini
1 Potato
1 Garlic clove
1/2 Tomato
1 Cup Chopped Dill
1 Egg
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup bread crumbs or all purpose flour
1 Slice of any bread(optional)
1 Tsp Salt Fresh
Ground Black Pepper
4 tbsp Olive Oil

some olive oil to spread on the Oven Trey 

For the Sauce in blender:

1/4 Cup Olive Oil
3 Soft Tomato 
3 Tbsp Tomato Paste
4 Garlic Clove
10 Leaves fresh basil
1/2 Cup Parsley
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
3/4 Tablespoon Salt
2 and 1/2 Cup of Water
Ground Black Pepper
1  Jalapeño

 Before you add the blended sauce, make the base of the sauce.

1 onion chopped 
1/4 cup any oil
2 garlic clove chopped 
1 cup potato or butternut sqush cat into small cubes

How to make the balls:

Pre Heat Oven 385F,190C

  • In a mixing bowl Put the Ground Turkey.
  • With a grater on the thin shred side, or in a food processor grade the Carrot,Zucchini,Potato, garlic clove and onion, add them all  to the Bowl with the ground Turkey.
  • Cut the 1/2 tomato to small cubes add it to the Turkey bowl with one Egg,Bread Crumbs or flour, Olive Oil, and Chopped Dill.
  • Wet the piece of Bread with water squeez it with your hand to take the water out, rip it with your hands to small pieces and add it to the Turkey bowl ass well.
  • Add Salt and Pepper
  • Mix all together for a good 2-3 min. 
  • Place Parchment paper on an oven large trey.
  • spread  tbsp Olive oil all over the Paechment paper
  • Put some Olive oil on the pulm of your hands and Start to make balls from the Turkey Mix,place each ball on the Parchment paper,and trythat the balls will touch the olive oil , you will have between 30-35 balls.
  • Put the it in the oven for 25-30 min on 385F.
  • now its time to make the sauce.

How to make the sauce?

  • Put all the sauce ingredients in a blender and blend it until unite, leave it aside for a few minutes
  • In a large wide  cooking pot pour the 1/4 cup of oil and add the chooped onion, chopped garlic and the cubes of potato stir fry it until soft, then add the blended  sauce inside, mix well and let it cook together for 10 min on low medium heat.
  • take out from the oven the baked meatballs, take the 2 sides of the parchment paper with your hanes and pour all the meatballs inside the sauce.
  • Cover with lid and shake the pot well that all the sauce mixed with the meatball.
  • cook on low heat for 35-45 minutes, shake the pot once in a while at that time.
  • Serve it with Rice'mushpotato, pasta, or just like this with a piece of bread.
