Gluten Free Almond quinoa Crackers
What do we need?
1 cup gluten-free Oat
2 heaping tablespoons of quinoa flour
2 heaping tablespoons of almond flour
2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 tablespoons sesame
1/3 cup flax seeds
2 tablespoon psyllium
1 teaspoons of salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 ¾ cups of water
How to make it?
- Heat oven to 175 C 340F
- mix all the dry ingredient together first and mix with a tablespoon
- Add the olive oil and water, mix and let it sit for 5 minutes, during this time
the ingredients store the liquids and the mixture get thickens. - In an oven dish on parchment paper, apply olive oil,
- Pour the mixture on, take another piece of parchment paper, oil the side with which we will straighten the mixture with some olive oil.
- The mixture is between two parchment paper
- With the palm of your hand on the top parchment paper, start opening and straightening until you get an even and not thick surface. After you do it, take off the parchment paper and throw it.
- Put in the oven for 45 minutes until the color is light brown
- let cool completely. store in a jar or a box.
- If the crackers soften, you can heat them in the oven on the same heat for 5 min, then they get the crunch again.
