When I make this bowl, first of all it tastes good to my palate and feels good in my stomach, it feels like I'm eating meat, the combination of the onion, garlic and lentils brings this flavor, the dish is nutritious and fulfilling and always when we say "tomorrow I'll eat well, it's this bowl to begin with! WHAT DO YOU NEED?
1 and a quarter cups of red lentils
1 teaspoon gray salt
3 garlic change
1 red, white or yellow onion
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 avocado sliced into pieces

HOW TO MAKE?
Soak the lentils in water for at least 10 minutes.

Fill 1/3 of a finger of water, above the lentils in the pot.
Cut the onion to four add it with the garlic clove to the pot.
Bring to a boil, add the salt, close the pot and cook on low heat for 30 minutes
After half an hour, open and sprinkle the 1/4 cup of olive oil, mix, continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes on a slightly higher heat (between low and medium.)
